23-7-2010 Location: Waterloo in the Mid North of S.A. The farm is self-sufficient for water by collecting rain and bore water they are stored in above ground and underground tanks. They were treating the water with high dosage of chlorine to kill and reduce the algae and bacteria so to comply with regulations of water quality for poultry farms.


After the installation ASMP  Darrell reply after a 6 months that water is looking clear and no odour and dit not used any chemicals since the installation at this stage he is impressed with the results so far up to date and considering apply ASMP to his other water storage holding tanks.

  • The results indicate that there is virtually no Microcystis & algae left
  • No adverse effect whatsoever on animal behaviour.
